Booking Policy
. All bookings are confirmed only after online payment and subject to availability.
. Payment is accepted online
. After confirmation, the meeting exact point and details will be sent to the customer.
. Booking must be done up to 12h before the tour starts.
Cancellation Policy
. Up to 24 hours before the tour: Full refund.
. Within 24 hours of the tour or no-show: No refund.
. In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the tour can be rescheduled at no extra cost, whenever possible.
Changes by Porto Food Gems
. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, stops or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, partner availability), while maintaining the quality of the experience.
Dietary Restrictions
. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requirements.
